Three spaces, from a twenty-eight seat back room to the whole restaurant. Set menus from $65 a head, and one person looking after you from the first email to the last coffee.

Every menu is built from what's good that month, so treat these as the shape of the evening rather than the exact dishes. Dietary requirements are handled individually, not as an afterthought.

Prices exclude tax and an 18% gratuity. Room fees may apply on Fridays and Saturdays between June and September.
