The detail
Nine-ounce brushed cotton — thick enough to be a layer rather than a shirt, soft enough to wear against skin from the first wash.
The plaid is ours, woven to our colours at a mill in Quebec, so you will not see it on a rack somewhere else next season.
Cut long enough in the body to stay tucked in, and with a proper collar that stands up when you turn it up.
