Hugh Redpath

Hugh has practised in Barrie since he was called in 1998 and started the firm with Priya Fell in 2009. He runs the real estate side, which means he has closed somewhere north of six thousand transactions and has seen most of the ways a deal can go wrong three days before closing.

He is the person clients call when a lender has gone quiet, a title search has produced something alarming, or a builder has moved a closing date for the fourth time.

Outside the office he sits on the board of a local housing non-profit and is, by his own admission, an indifferent golfer.
