Declan Mbeki

Declan runs the wills and estates practice and takes an overflow of real estate closings. He has a particular interest in estate planning for blended families and for beneficiaries with disabilities, where a Henson trust can preserve access to ODSP.

He also handles contested estates, which he describes as family law with the difficult party already deceased.

He runs free will-drafting clinics twice a year with the Barrie Public Library, which are booked out within about an hour each time.
