Ardagh Bluffs

Barrie's most consistent family neighbourhood, built out between the early nineties and the mid-2000s around the Ardagh Bluffs conservation lands.

The trail network is the reason people pay a premium here. Lots that back directly onto the bluffs trade roughly eight to twelve percent above equivalent houses two streets away.

Houses are new enough to avoid the maintenance cliff of the older wards, and old enough that the original builder-grade kitchens and bathrooms are now being replaced — which is where a lot of the current renovation activity is.
